<p>There is a lot a person can do such jogging or walking  in the morning, playing basketball or any other sport with friends but if a person wants to have muscles and look lean, the best thing to do will be to sign up and workout in a gym.</p>
<p>Just like taking any medicine, one should first consult the doctor before undergoing any form of exercise.</p>
<p>Physical exercise is beneficial because it helps maintain and improve ones health from a variety of diseases and premature death.  It also makes a person feel happier and increases ones self esteem preventing one from falling into depression or anxiety. It has also shown to make a person with an active lifestyle live longer than a person who doesn2019t.</p>
<p>The best exercise plan should have cardiovascular and weight training exercises. This helps burn calories and increase the muscle to fat ratio that will increase ones metabolism and make one either gain or lose weight.</p>
<p>A person who has never worked out before should do it gradually. Doing it too much for the first time can make one pull a muscle or have an injury making it worse. Endurance will never be built in a day and doing it repeatedly will surely be good to the person.</p>
<p>Focusing on certain portion in the body can help make it improve. A good example is going to the gym and doing a workout more often in a specific area such as the abs can give one a chest pack.</p>
<p>But beauty is not only about having muscles which is what people can see. It is also about enhancing the beauty within.</p>
<p>Here are some things one can do everyday to stay beautiful and healthy;</p>
<p>· Reading books and other reading material more often keeps the mind sharp just like working out keeps the body in shape.</p>
<p>· Work no matter what kind it is produces stress. One can reduce this by taking the time out to do something special like lying in a hot tub, shopping or watching a movie. Studies have shown it is reliever and helps one from looking haggardly.</p>
<p>· Pollution is something people cannot control given the size of the problem. When one goes out, it is best to put some form of protection such as beauty products that contain antioxidants that protect the skin from damage. There are also other beauty products available and choosing the right one with the help of a dermatologist can help the person.</p>
<p>· Another way to stay healthy is to give up some vices. Most people smoke and drink. Smoking has been proven to cause lung cancer and other diseases as well complications for women giving birth. Excessive drinking has also shown to do the same.</p>
<p>· For people who don2019t smoke, it is best to stay away from people who do since studies have shown that nonsmokers are also at risk of developing cancer due to secondary smoke inhalation.</p>
<p>· Lastly, it is best to always start the day with a positive outlook. Just as studies have shown that exercise makes a person feel happier, smiling produces the same effect. A smile can do a lot and it is contagious in a positive sense. It brightens the day of not only one but others as well.</p>

People eat out for different reasons but a few major ones are it&#8217;s usually faster, they don&#8217;t feel like cooking, or they like the taste of foods they can get in a restaurant more than meals they can make themselves. </font></font><font size="2"><font size="2"> Even if you start out the day with an iron will, planning out your meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, sometimes things come up that don&#8217;t allow you to eat a healthier, home cooked meal. Sometimes business lunches or dinners pop up unexpectedly, or you just have to dine out often for work related outings. Other times, going out with friends or family for a bacon cheeseburger and fries sounds much tastier than a cup of steamed vegetables and baked chicken. </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> Whatever the reason, dining out doesn&#8217;t have to equal unhealthy eating. With obesity rates and cases of diabetes and heart disease quickly on the rise, it&#8217;s important to live a healthy lifestyle, and that includes maintaining a healthy, balanced diet. More and more restaurants are offering healthier options on their menus, so eating healthy in a sea of fried foods and sugary desserts is becoming easier and just as tasty. </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> When sitting down to eat, order a water. Drink a big glass before you even start the meal or appetizer. Not only is water important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, it will also fill you up so you eat less. Avoid scarfing down rolls or breadsticks that might be brought to the table. They are loaded with carbohydrates and take away from calories you can eat for the main course. Order a salad if an appetizer is complimentary. Ask for dressing on the side, because the dressing can add on many calories and grams of fat to an otherwise healthy option. Use only a small portion of the dressing to give the salad more taste. </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> When ordering, the important thing to remember is portion control. Sticking to proteins over dishes loaded with carbohydrates will fill you up faster without as many calories. If you are opting for a steak, order a 6 ounce sirloin instead of a huge New York strip steak. Spring for vegetables over potato dishes, as most are changed into options like fries or baked potatoes loaded with butter and sour cream. </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2">  Study the menu before making any decisions. Look to see if the restaurant has healthy options listed and order from there.    </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> Finally, if friends are constantly asking you to go out to eat and pressuring you to eat foods that aren&#8217;t on your list of healthy choices, talk to them about it. Remind them that you are trying to live a healthier lifestyle and that requires a change in how you live. It isn&#8217;t always easy to tell people &#8220;no thank you&#8221; when asked to go to dinner, but sometimes it&#8217;s necessary. You can also make healthy meals at home and invite friends over to eat with you. That way, you are sticking to your plans of eating healthy and showing your friends that it can be just as fun and tasty as going out for dinner. </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> Whether you go out to eat 7 days a week, or just every now and then, it&#8217;s quite easy to make healthy choices while dining out. It&#8217;s ok to splurge in the food department every now and then while dining out, but sticking as close to healthy food options as possible will only benefit you in the long run. </font></font></p>

They were, in fact, mankind’s first medicine. Through their combined influences of fragrance, aromatic molecules and frequency, essential oils can affect you emotionally, mentally and physically. </font></font></span></span></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2">  Aromatherapy is, after all, much more than just the smell.     </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2">  What aromatherapy can do for you:    </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> The benefits of aromatherapy are just too extensive to fully cover here. However, essential oils have powerful anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties that make them ideal for many different uses. They can be used to support the body’s organs and glands, as well as to boost immunity. They can be relaxing or invigorating, and soothing to sore muscles. Some oils are great at relieving pain. </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> Their fragrant influence can lift your mood, quiet and sooth the heart, clear the mind and help with mental function. It can also be emotionally balancing, stimulate the release of hormones and neurotransmitters and detoxify the whole body. Diffused into a room, they oxygenate and purify the air, neutralizing indoor air pollutants. They’re also great for getting rid of spiders and mice. </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2">  Ways to use essential oils effectively:    </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2">  The three primary ways of experiencing aromatherapy are aromatically, topically and through ingestion.     </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> Aromatically: The first, and simplest, way to use essential oils is through inhalation. There are a few ways you can do this: </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> 1. Inhaling the fragrance directly from the bottle; 2. Diffusing the oil with a cold-air diffuser. 3. Wearing the oil as a perfume, and letting your body’s warmth diffuse the oil, 4. Putting a few drops of oil on your pillow at night to create a therapeutic – or romantic – effect. </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> What you never want to do is diffuse the oil with a heat source, like a candle or light bulb. The heat will fracture the delicate chemistry of the oil. RainDrop Technique: Simply stated, this is a method of dropping the oils along the spine from about six inches up, and then massaging in the oils, using feather-like strokes. 2. Vita Flex Technique: This is something like reflexology, except that the oils are applied with essentially no finger pressure. 3. “Neat” application: Many of the oils can be applied, without dilution, almost anywhere on the body with great effect. </font></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><font size="2"> Ingestion: Essential oils also make great supplements. Diluted in honey or agave nectar, or diluted with vegetable oil and placed in capsules, ingesting aromatics can have a powerful effect on your health, boosting immunity and supporting various body systems. </font></font></p>

<p>There is so much information about what is healthy and nutritious these days that it is very difficult to sort out the hype from the truth. Following a healthy diet can be accomplished by making some simple adjustments to your current diet.</p>
<p>If you think it is just too much trouble to make some simple changes to improve your family’s diet, think again. Most people do not realize the incredible impact that a healthy diet has on our bodies, making the difference between poor health and good health.</p>
<p>Along with regular physical activity, a healthy diet is the most important factor that determines your weight. If you are overweight or obese, your chances of developing many diseases or conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, and certain cancers, increase significantly.</p>
<p>EASY STEPS TO A HEALTHY DIET</p>
<p>Your first step to following a healthy diet is to make sure you include food from all food groups. Vegetables, fruits, whole-grains, legumes, lean proteins and low fat milk products should all be incorporated into your daily diet.</p>
<p>*VEGETABLES – A diet rich in fruits and vegetables can lower the risk of heart disease, stroke, and cancer. It also contributes to a healthy weight, reducing your risk of obesity and the conditions associated with it. There are a multitude of vegetables to choose from, the healthiest being dark green vegetables like broccoli, lettuces, and kale, orange vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, and squash, and red vegetables like red peppers and tomatoes.</p>
<p>*FRUITS – Eat a variety of fruits each day, canned, dried, fresh or frozen. Stay away from fruit juices as they can be high in sugar. (Unless you make the juice yourself.)</p>
<p>*WHOLE GRAINS – Choose whole grain cereals, breads, rice, and pasta. Read the food label and make sure the grain that is listed such as wheat, rice, oats or corn is referred to as WHOLE in the list of ingredients. Whole grains are an excellent source of fiber. Fiber can help reduce your risk of diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.</p>
<p>*LEGUMES – This class of vegetable includes beans, peas and lentils. They are low in fat, contain no cholesterol, are high in protein, and have phytochemicals, compounds that help prevent heart disease and cancer. They are also a good source of fiber. Add pinto, kidney, black and garbanzo beans, split peas and lentils to your daily diet.</p>
<p>*LEAN PROTEINS – Choose lean meats, poultry, and fish. Bake, broil, or grill it. Do not fry! Beans, nuts and seeds also provide protein.</p>
<p>*LOW-FAT MILK PRODUCTS – Eat low-fat yogurt, low-fat cheese or low-fat milk every day. Dairy products can lower your risk of diabetes and help build strong bones, reducing your risk of osteoporosis.</p>
<p>There are a variety of foods that should not be present in your diet except in very small amounts. These foods, such as sugars, alcohol, and some fats, contribute to diseases and poor health.</p>
<p>*SUGARS – Avoid foods containing sugar. You know what they are! Always check food labels to see how much sugar is present as some foods contain sugar that may surprise you.</p>
<p>*ALCOHOL – Avoid alcohol. If you must drink, limit intake to one drink a day. Alcohol can increase your risk of many conditions including some types of cancers.</p>
<p>*FATS – There are different kinds of fat in our foods. Some are detrimental to your health and others are very healthy.</p>
<p>1. Monounsaturated fats (olive oil, flaxseed oil, peanut oil and avocados)</p>
<p>2. Polyunsaturated fats (safflower, sesame, sunflower seeds)</p>
<p>These fats raise your good cholesterol levels. To stick to a healthy diet, choose foods with these fats.</p>
<p>3. Saturated fat and trans fatty acids raise your bad cholesterol levels, contributing to your risk of heart disease. Limit your intake.</p>
<p>Saturated fats are found in beef, veal, lamb, pork, lard, butter, cream, whole milk dairy products and can be present in processed foods like frozen dinners and some canned food. Always check food labels before purchasing.</p>
<p>Trans fatty acids, the kind of fats that increase the risk of heart disease, are formed during the process of creating cooking oils, shortening, and margarine and are found in commercially fried foods, some baked goods, and crackers. When checking food labels, make sure the ingredients do not include hydrogenated fats.</p>
<p>Following a healthy diet is a necessary step for the improved health of you and your family. It is not difficult to make the simple changes necessary to change an unhealthy diet to a healthy one. The advantages, better health, longer life, and more energy, far outweigh any inconveniences you may experience.</p>

<p>If there is one thing that keeps us alive it&#8217;s water and other fluids we put in our body. It is very important that we take in as much vitamins in your drinks so we can maintain a healthy system. But does anybody even still think about that?</p>
<p>Look at your family&#8217;s refrigerator and check out all the types of drink inside it. It&#8217;s probably just water and milk that you see that can benefit you and your family. Unless you think that the juice inside that tetra pack you just gulped on was healthy? Well let me inform you, it&#8217;s not.</p>
<p>It is true that most of the juices in the market have vitamins important in our system; in fact the most common is <a target="_blank" href="http://www.dailyvitamins.org/">vitamin c</a>. But aside from vitamin c there are added preservatives that you may have missed to see in the container (or may be they missed to write it there).</p>
<p>This preservative allows you to have a longer shelf life but a shorter life. Aside from the calories you take in you can also get tons of sugar and other additives that if taken in huge amounts are potentially dangerous for your health.</p>
<p>Another most common drink commonly available in everyone&#8217;s refrigerators is soda. Carbonated drinks are never going to be a health drink. If you do some researching you might even be astonished as to what some colas can do for cleaning your house. If its good for cleaning do you think its good to take it in your body? Unless of course your other favorite drinks are cleaning detergents?</p>
<p>A little information for cola drinkers: your body will have less ability to absorb important nutrients needed for the body to function properly. They not only deter bone and teeth growth they also give a huge impact on gain weight.</p>
<p>The wisest thing you can do for your family is to change the habit. Remove all the unhealthy and sugar loaded juices inside your refrigerator and start anew.</p>
<p>Here are the best drinks that are not loaded with sugar and are instead loaded with vitamins for a healthier you:</p>
<p>Water Water will sustain your life. In fact you can live with just drinking water for 7 days without eating. But of course that would be silly to try because you also need nutrition. It may be plain but it is the healthiest thing on earth. It has no calories or artificial sweeteners that can harm you. Just make sure your water is clean. For a little change you can add slices of citrus fruits in your water.</p>
<p>Sport drinks These drinks are loaded with vitamins and minerals. It is good especially for very active people who need an energizing drink. Just make sure to read the label and look at the calories and the sugar content and the other ingredients that are not vitamins and minerals.</p>
<p>Milk This is one of the most common and well advertised liquid in America (aside from carbonated beverages). The best types of milk are soy milk and the low fat ones available in any grocery store.</p>
<p>Tea Be sure that the tea you are drinking is not presweetened. Choose the ones that are either still in leaves or in a bag. The better ones are the ones made from real plants and herbs. If you want a sweet tea add honey not sugar.</p>
<p>Fruit juice If it comes in a tetra pack give that juice some thought. There are probably a lot of additives inside plus loads of sugar too. Choose ones that are 100% real fruit juice or if you want to be sure, why don&#8217;t you try squeezing some fruits yourself. You can make unique smoothies or drinks.</p>
<p>Vegetable juice You can also try fruit juices like tomatoes. They are also loaded with vitamins and minerals that you can easily take in.</p>
<p>Choose to be healthy! Drink healthy!</p>

<p>Be careful on what your mind is feeding on. Try it now, when you close your eyes, what do you see of your future? Is it bright and sunny? Do you feel joy and happiness? Do you hear laughter and joyful sounds? Do you see smiling faces, beautiful places and friendly people? Or do you see the opposite such as gloom and doom? A feeling of depression, nasty people and unpleasant words or sounds?</p>
<p>Make an effort to fill your mind with beautiful pictures and inspiring icons of peace, love and happiness. Fill your mind with people of integrity who commands your respect and admiration. Have successful and happy people as your role models and copy their success strategies and principles in life. There is no copyright on universal laws and principles. They are free for you to take ownership and apply to your life.</p>
<p>You must be very clear on where you want to go because clarity is power! What do you really want out of life? What is your purpose or destination? What do you want to achieve? If you don&#8217;t know where you want to go &#8211; any road will take you there! Once you are crystal clear on what you want in life, your purpose or goal, then you need a road mad, an action plan on how to get there!</p>
<p>Look for a mentor or coach who is willing to give you guidance on the steps you should take towards achieving your dreams. If you were to climb a mountain for the first time, you want to have the right gear and tools and most important of all, a capable guide who have been to the top of this mountain many times and know which is the safest and best way to get to the top!</p>
